OOO PCF “Kedr” sells and produces qualitative, comfortable and good-looking rubber footwear and polymer-textile footwear from the year of 2000.
We collected great experience in wholesale trade for many years. Today we try to have individual approach to every customer, taking his/her wishes and comments into consideration.
The company started its own manufacturing activity with production of galoshes in spring, 2004.
Today our company “Kedr” produces more than 300 titles of products under its own trade mark “Kedr”. New and new products appear in the assortment each year. The company produces many types of woolen, felt, textile and PVC footwear on the basis of thermoplastic materials: male high-shoes, female high-shoes, school high-shoes, adolescent high-shoes, child high-shoes, baby high-shoes, galoshes for felt footwear, shoe covers.
The company produces footwear on high productive foreign equipment of Italian firms: «Ottogalli», «Nuova Zarine», «Main Group S.p.A.», we use only European and Russian materials of high quality.
The company continues to improve the quality of produced goods, increases their assortment. So it purchased technological line of the firm «Main Group S.p.A.» to produce footwear with the method of ternary casting. It allowed increasing production of three-colored male, female, school and child footwear.
A new technology of ternary casting allows producing an interlayer of a sole from foamed PVC, it forms air microspheres, the process provides heat insulation, decreases the weight of a high-shoe, adds orthopedic and damping characteristics to footwear. We started production of shoe covers for fishermen and hunters from frost proof PVC since 2008.
The company produces special footwear for oil and gas industry, food industry and medicine from the year of 2009. This series of footwear is designed for protection of feet from water, influence of acid solutions, alkalis, oil products, petrol, oils and mechanical influence.
The products of the factory are sold through greatest federal and regional distribution networks as well as in sixty regions of Russia, in countries of the near abroad and foreign countries.
Great attention is paid towards the quality of used in production materials and the control of technological process. All the products produced at the company fits specification (TOR), have certificates of GOST (Russia), GOST ÈÑÎ 9001:2008, the passport “Environmentally safe product”, all these things guarantee the quality and environmental safety of the products to the customer.
High quality of the products produced by Kedr is warranted by various diplomas, rewards of federal and international exhibitions and competitions.
Wholesale stores, the office and the production are situated on one territory; it makes the work comfortable and fast. The factory occupies 3000 square meters of its own areas, storage rooms are placed on the territory equal to 4000 square meters, office area takes 700 square meters.
The company plans to increase the quantity of partners and the range of produced products, expansion of area on Russian and foreign market.
