The competition is held in three stages from 01.07.2010 to 01.05.2011.

 | The results of the 23d International exhibition of consumer goods “KONSUMEXPO-2011”ÎÎÎ PCF “Kedr” took part in the 23d International exhibition of consumer goods “KONSUMEXPO-2011” that took place from the 17th of February to the 20th of February, 2011 in Central Exhibition Complex “Expocenter”.
Our company took an active part in its work. The representatives of OOO PCF “Kedr” participated in the IV All-Russian Forum of the suppliers and re-tailors of consumer goods “Effective purchase, delivery to nets, sales - 2001”, that was organized by the company “Imperia” and “Expocenter”.
The 6th competition “For high customer qualities of goods” was held as a part of the exhibition, the competition was organized by ANCO “Souzexpertiza”. OOO PCF “Kedr” presented two models of its products: male high-shoes made of PVC plasticate, article Ê 55 and female high-shoes made of PVC plasticate, article Ê 67Ð.
As a result:
The Diploma of first degree “For high customer qualities of female high-shoes model made of PVC plasticate, article Ê67л and a gold medal “For quality”;
The Diploma of second degree “For high customer qualities of male high-shoes model made of PVC plasticate, article Ê55» and a silver medal “For quality”.

 | The results of work of OOO PCF “Kedr” in 2010 The 11th of January is the most polite date of the year. A Universal day of “Thanks” is celebrated this day. So we are very happy to resume the results of past year.
OOO PCF “Kedr” was really successful in 2010; the footwear of the trade mark “Kedr” won worldwide recognition.

22 December 2010 ã. The results of the exhibition “Purchase Russian”. Golden rain. All-Russian forum “Purchase Russian” took place from the 15th to the 19th of December, 2010 in Moscow Exhibition Center “Crocus Expo”.
A competition-festival of clothes, footwear and accessories “Russian style” was held under the forum. The competition provides the increase of Russian enterprisers’ prestige as well as the prestige of home light industry as it is the bridge between fashion and industry itself.
The organizers of the competition – the directors of the program “Purchase Russian” Moscow Fashion House of Vyacheslav Zaitsev, Fashionable Agency SLAVA ZAITSEV and Vyacheslav Zairsev valued the collection of rubber footwear (trade mark "Kedr").
OOO PCF “Kedr” was the winner; we showed the collection of female rubber high-shoes in the nomination “Footwear”.
Federal agency of technical management and meteorology of Moscow conducted the competition the aim of which was the quality rating of customers characteristics of the products.

Quality mark of the XXI century.»The 24th international exhibition “National glory” and the competition “All-Russian mark (III century). Quality mark of the XXI century.” was held from the 14th to the 17th of December, 2010 in Moscow.
The exhibition “National glory” sums a two-year stage of the Program and shows great experience collected by the enterprises in the sphere of produced goods’ quality and the result of the research concerning modern systems of quality management, national standards. It lets the enterprises-participants be successful despite business competition and promotes strengthening of their image.
OOO PCF “Kedr” is one of the best among the companies showed their products at the exhibition. The awarding of the winners of the competition “All-Russian mark (III century). Quality mark of the XXI century.” took place in “President Hotel” under the exhibition “National glory”, the awarding was held on the 16th of December, 2010. OOO PCF “Kedr” nominated its products for “Platinum quality mark of the XXI century” being the laureate of the Program. We showed the models of rubber footwear that won “Golden quality mark” in 2010:
Female high-shoes made with three-component casting;
Male high-shoes made with three-component casting;
Garden galoshes.
All the models passed expert evaluation and won “Platinum quality marks of the XXI century” of the competition “All-Russian mark (III century). Quality mark of the XXI century.”.
OOO PCF “Kedr” also took part in the competition in the nomination “Ecologically safe product” and got the passport of “Ecologically safe product” for the production technology of PVC and textile footwear.
Platinum medals won at the exhibition “National glory” became a successful end of the year 2010.
17 December 2010 ã. The results of the exhibition “The best for children!" The exhibition “The best for children!” was held from the 9th to the 12th December, 2010 in Manege, Moscow.
The exhibition was held according to the results of the competition “The best for children!” with the aim to show the best goods for children.
OOO PCF “Kedr” presented its products for the exhibition – the collection of child rubber high-shoes in great assortment. All the products got the highest award - Quality mark "The best for children!"
The end stage of the exhibition was the awarding of Quality mark “The best for children!”, the prize was awarded by the council of the Program on the basis of experts’ conclusion.
We are very happy that the experts liked our products and confirmed its quality once again.

05 December 2010 ã. The products of OOO PCF “Kedr” are the winners of the award of the Program “100 best products of Russia” The 13th All-Russian competition Program “100 best products of Russia” was held in 2010 under the logo “Innovations and standards are the basis of the business growth!”.
The 13th ceremony of awarding took place on the 13th of December, 2010 in a concert hall of Art Club “Ural” in Perm.
This year OOO PCF “Kedr” applied for the first time for the participation in such a professional competition of the best producers of goods and services.
The models of female and male high-shoes were presented at the competition.
OOO PCF “Kedr” became the winner of the prize for high results in improvement of quality concerning home goods and increase of their competitiveness according to the results of the competition Program “100 best products of Russia”.
The models of male and female high-shoes made with three-component casting won silver awards. Two models got the status of “New products of the year” and a sales manager of OOO PCF “Kedr” Vahrusheva Anzhelika Anatolievna won the medal “High achiever of quality”. The logo “100 best products of Russia” will be placed close to the trade mark “Kedr” for two years.

01 December 2010 ã. OOO PCF “Kedr” is the winner of All-Russian festival-competition “The leader of nature conservation activity of Russia – 2010” OOO PCF “Kedr” participated in the sixth All-Russian competition “The leader of nature conservation activity of Russia – 2010” for the first time.
The awarding of prize-winners of the 6th ecological competition took place on the 30th of November, 2010 in the State Kremlin Palace, the awarding was held under All-Russian ecological conference “New priorities of national ecological policy in real sector of economy” under the support of Federation Council RF, State Duma of RF, Government of RF, the Ministry of Nature RF.
An organizing committee of the conference decided that OOO PCF “Kedr” became the winner of the competition with the title “The leader of nature conservation activity of Russia – 2010” for effective activity in the sphere of environmental protection and rational use of nature, the director of the company was awarded with the medal “For ecological safety”.
30 November 2010 ã. The results of the exhibition “Belarus-Russia-Ukraine – 2010” Gold medals for quality! OOO PCF “Kedr” participated in the exhibition “Belarus-Russia-Ukraine. Best products – 2010” that was held from the 18th to the 23d of November, 2010 in All-Russian Exhibition Center, Moscow.
The competition “Best products” was held under the exhibition. OOO PCF “Kedr” showed two types of goods: female high-shoes made of clear plasticate (article Ê57Ð) and child warm high-shoes (article Ê14ÐÓ).
Both models got the diplomas and gold medals of the competition. OOO PCF “Kedr” won a silver medal in the nomination “For original decoration of the stand”.
23 November 2010 ã. The mark “The best for children” will be placed on the packing of child high-shoes of the company PCF “Kedr” This year 15 goods of the company OOO PCF “Kedr” were awarded with gold medals at the competitions under federal and international exhibitions.
One more reward was added to those medals. The council of a public competition “The best for children” sent a notification to the firm OOO PCF “Kedr” that child high-shoes of OOO PCF “Kedr” got positive evaluation of an expert commission of the competition “The best for children”; the letter was signed by A.L. Dvoretsky, organizing committee chairmen of the program. The awarding of OOO PCF “Kedr” with quality mark will be held in December, 2010 under a specialized exhibition “The best for children”.
This award is really important for us as it is clear evidence of right policy chosen by our company; we produce only qualitative, comfortable and beautiful goods for our small customers.
All the advantages of child high-shoes were evaluated by the commission on the basis of FSI “Rostest – Moscow”. The commission consists of managers, experts and specialists of research area and certification of industrial goods, certification of services and quality management systems. The experts check actual level of quality characteristics that are declared by the producer as well as the characteristics of most competitive analogues.
The mark “The best for children” will be placed on the packing of child high-shoes during two years, confirming the quality of the product. The mark will be placed after awarding.
15 November 2010 ã. “Symbol of trust” is a worthy award! “Russian business register” with ANCO “Souzexpertiza” of Trade-Industrial chamber awarded OOO PCF “Kedr” with a special crystal prize “Symbol of trust" for essential contribution in the business of forming and support of stable and dynamic development of home products that promote trust of customer market to the quality of goods.
“Symbol of trust” is a high, professional award that is given after careful testing of products on the conformity to customer characteristics and quality to fixed norms and standards.
Female high-shoes were sent to the test, the high-shoes were made of clear plasticate with three-component casting, a colored textile stocking is added.

The products of OOO PCF “Kedr” are certified according to the highest quality category Russian center of research and certification FSI “ROSTEST MOSCOW” conducted the program of products' certification according to the quality categories, female high-shoes produced by OOO PCF “Kedr” were certified on the highest quality category.
The certification was conducted by FSI “ROSTEST MOSCOW”, the period of certification was equal to two years, the certification concerned the products, documents, materials, terms of production of that product type, the subject was the confirmation of quality stability.
The results of independent examination confirmed that customer characteristics of goods produced by OOO PCF “Kedr” fit the highest quality standards accepted on the territory of Russian Federation. The Certificate got by OOO PCF “Kedr” showed that fact, the Certificate was given to OOO PCF "Kedr" according to conducted examination. We also have the right to mark certified products with the Mark of the Highest quality category.

OOO PCF "Kedr" wins prizes and awards at every conducted exhibition. An International Exhibition “Leather-Footwear-Fur-Technologies” was not the exception; the exhibition took place from the 21st to the 24th of September, 2010.
The ceremony of awarding took place on the 23d of September in All-Russian Exhibition Center. The products of OOO PCF “Kedr” were awarded with the diploma of ANCO “Souzexpertiza” TPP RF for “High level of technological production of female high-shoes made of PVC”. The organizers of the exhibition highly evaluated the goods of the company. Results of tests.
The high-shoes ideally cover the foot, a comfortable shoetree has good fixing of the top, do not slide on any surface because of deep, antiskid protector and thick, soft soles.
They are really waterproof even if they are placed in water for many hours (or on one day), they are very light, comfortable, warm.
We are satisfied that there are no other high-shoes made of PVC than the high-shoes of trade mark OOO PCF “Kedr”, they are really suitable for trips along mountains and on water.
The high-shoes of trade mark “Kedr” serve their user from 3 to 5 years even at extreme wearing.
The feet were dry after each day of tests in various conditions.
Results.
The high-shoes produced by OOO PCF “Kedr” passed rather heavy tests for footwear made of PVC in various conditions. They are designed for mountains and areas with extreme humidity (rain, condensate from clothes, wet growth, light frosts, 100% humidity) and for many climatic conditions in tundra, water and taiga.

07 September 2010 ã. The high-shoes of trade mark “Kedr” will pass through “real” tests at the Lake Baikal in taiga, among grand Siberian cedars, at a mountain river Oka Sayanskaya. The high-shoes of trade mark “Kedr” will pass through “real” tests at the Lake Baikal in taiga, among grand Siberian cedars, at a mountain river Oka Sayanskaya.
The high-shoes of the company OOO PCF “Kedr” are sent for the test on the territory of Yakutia, Buryat Repunlic, Irkutsk territory where Sayan river Oka flows, the area is full of contrasts, the river is surrounded with mountain ridges of Kropotkin and Hamar Daban.
Taiga and water tests on wear-resistance and waterproof will last from the 14th to the 30th of August, 2010 in conditions of heavy taiga, Sayan tundra, steep mountain river, alpine meadows and snowy tops of mountains.
The tests of high-shoes will be held by a group of six people as well as by the workers of OOO PCF “Kedr”; they’ll do rafting on the river Oka Sayanskaya that has the fourth category of difficulty.
A water-foot trip will start on the 14th of August, 2010 from the heart of the Lake Baikal – the island of Olhon—then through the borders of Irkutsk territory, Buryat Republic, Mongolia, then the rafting on catamarans along a mountain river Oka will take place, a heavy inflow called Zhombolok surrounded by taiga Siberian cedars is waiting for the participants.

OOO PCF “Kedr” was added to the register of light and textile industry enterprises and awarded with a gold medal of the program “500 successful companies of Russia” in 2010. 07 August 2010 ã. The certificate of compliance with an international standard ISO 14001:2007 in the sphere of ecological management It was decided to create and implement the system of ecological management in compliance with an international standard ISO 14001:2007 in 2009, the decision was made on the basis of the company’s policy in the sphere of ecology and environment.
We finished the work concerning implementation, modernization of an ecological management system. The enterprise has the certificate proving that the system of ecological management fits an international standard ISO 14001:2007.
15 July 2010 ã. The results of the competition “100 of the best products of Russia" OOO PCF “Kedr” took part in the 13th All-Russian competition “100 of the best products of Russia” 2010 that is held under the logo “Innovations and standards are the bases of the business’ growth”.
Two new models were shown at the competition – female three-colored high-shoes and male work high-shoes.
Both models became the laureates of a regional stage and were sent to a federal level of the program.

We finished the work concerning implementation, modernization of the system of health protection management that started in 2009. The competition “Best products” was held under the exhibition. OOO PCF “Kedr” showed two types of products: female high-shoes (article Ê67Ð) and male three-colored high-shoes. Both models got diplomas and gold medals of the competition.

Our company started the production of a new high-shoes’ model “Unisex”. The design and decoration of a new model have no clear association with the models of female and male footwear. Laconic black high-shoes as well as with classic illustrations will be suitable for female and male feet. Size range of the high-shoes "Unisex" is from 225 to 270.
14 May 2010 ã. The results of the forum “Days of Perm business” Our company took an active part in the forum-exhibition “Days of Perm business” that was held from the 19th to the 21st of April, 2010 in an Exhibition center “Perm fair”, Perm.
We showed footwear made of PVC and textile footwear: male, female, child.
Great interest was paid to female, child and teenager high-shoes made of clear plasticate, with various illustrations.

Our company timely implemented QMS and got the certificate of conformance to ISO 9001:2008 because of appearance on an international market and for implementation of our aims and tasks. We got the certificate ISO for our clients and implemented the quality management systems for ourselves.

25 March 2010 ã. Increase of sale prices on the products of OOO PCF “Kedr” Dear customers! OOO PCF “Kedr” informs you about the increase of sale prices on the products from the 15th of March, 2010. It happens because of rise in prices on raw materials. 15 March 2010 ã. OOO PCF “Kedr” participated in the project “Purchase products made in Perm”. The aim of the project was the increase of local producers on a home market of the region. The project was initiated by the governor of Perm Krai under the support of the Agriculture Ministry.
The aim of the project “Purchase products made in Perm” is to increase the sales of qualitative goods produced on the territory of Perm Krai and neighboring regions.
The task of the project is to promote goods, create the terms for effective sales (logistics, entering a distribution network), informational support of the producers.
The areas of the project’s implementation are Perm Krai, regions of Russia, neighboring regions first of all.

We sent two applications for the competition concerning the products of the company: work three-colored high-shoes (article Ê55) and child three-colored high-shoes made of clear plasticate with the use of a colored Italian stocking (article Ê59Ð).
